Ingredients

  • 1 cup - tuna, cooked and flaked
  • 2 tbsp - plain flour
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • 1/2 cup - Tomato puree
  • 1/4 cup - capsicum, chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup - onion, grated
  • 2 - Garlic flakes, minced
  • 4 - green chillies, chopped finely, 1.5 cup - cheese, grated
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - hot pepper sauce
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Tuna Dip

  • Heat butter in a pan.
  • Add flour to the heated butter and roast it for 3 mins.
  • Add onion and garlic and saute it for 3-4 mins.
  • Pour milk stirring continuously.
  • After it gets boiled, add 1 cup cheese.
  • Stir till the cheese melts.
  • Add tomato puree and let it boil. Then add capsicum. Let it boil till it thickens.
  • Add the remaining cheese and cook till it melts.
  • Add tuna, salt, pepper, pepper sauce and blend it well.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Serve with crackers / chips.
