Ingredients

  • 1 cup - tuna, cooked and flaked
  • 2 tbsp - plain flour
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • 1/2 cup - Tomato puree
  • 1/4 cup - capsicum, chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup - onion, grated
  • 2 - Garlic flakes, minced
  • 4 - green chillies, chopped finely, 1.5 cup - cheese, grated
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - hot pepper sauce
  • Salt as per taste
  • How to Make Tuna Dip:

    1. Heat butter in a pan.
    2. Add flour to the heated butter and roast it for 3 mins.
    3. Add onion and garlic and saute it for 3-4 mins.
    4. Pour milk stirring continuously.
    5. After it gets boiled, add 1 cup cheese.
    6. Stir till the cheese melts.
    7. Add tomato puree and let it boil. Then add capsicum. Let it boil till it thickens.
    8. Add the remaining cheese and cook till it melts.
    9. Add tuna, salt, pepper, pepper sauce and blend it well.
    10. Remove from fire.
    11. Serve with crackers / chips.
