Ingredients

  • Tuna fish (in vegetable oil) 1 can
  • 1 small Onion - finely chopped
  • 1 small piece Ginger - finely chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic - finely chopped
  • Cilantro 3-4 roots - finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera powder
  • little Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • How to Make Tuna Fish:

    1. In a heavy-bottom pan, add the oil, onions, ginger, garlic and fry for a minute. Add tuna fish, turmeric powder, jeera powder, salt and let cook until all the water is gone.
    2. Garnish with cilantro and take off stove.
    3. Goes well with rice and rasam / chapattis.
