Ingredients

  • For Crust:
  • 1 tsp - Active Dry Or Instant Yeast
  • 4 cups - All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp - Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 cup - Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • For Filling:
  • 1 can - Tuna fish
  • 1 - Yellow bell pepper (chopped)
  • 5 - Button Mushrooms (chopped)
  • A Few black Olives (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - Grated cheese
  • 1/4 tsp - Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 cup - Pizza Sauce

How to Make

  • Sprinkle yeast over 1. 5 cups warm (not lukewarm) water.
  • Combine flour and salt in a bowl, drizzle in olive oil until combined with flour.
  • Next, pour in yeast/water mixture and mix until just combined.
  • Coat a separate mixing bowl with a light drizzle of olive oil and form the dough into a ball.
  • Toss to coat dough in olive oil, then cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and store in the fridge until you need it.
  • It's best to make the dough at least 24 hours in advance, and 3 or 4 days is even better.
  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees C.
  • Roll the pizza base as rectangular or circle shaped discs.
  • Spread the pizza sauce as per need, sprinkle the tuna fish as per need, followed by bell pepper, mushrooms, black olives and grated cheese.
  • Sprinkle oregano and bake for 15-20 minutes in the middle rack until cheese melts.
