  • 50 g - fresh coconut
  • 250 g - turai
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/4tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4tsp - coriander powder
  • 2 to 3 - cloves of garlic
  • oil for cooking
  • salt as per taste

How to Make Turai Coconut

  • Cut the coconut and grind it in the mixer to a thick paste.
  • Then roast this paste with a pinch of salt and turmeric powder. Keep it aside.
  • Take a frying pan, put oil in it, add garlic cloves.
  • When the cloves turn brown, add turai and all the masalas.
  • When cooked, add roasted coconut.
  • Eat with rotis.
