Ingredients

  • 50 g - fresh Coconut
  • 250 g - Turai
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/4tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4tsp - coriander powder
  • 2 to 3 - Cloves of Garlic
  • oil for cooking
  • salt as per taste
  • How to Make Turai Coconut:

    1. Cut the coconut and grind it in the mixer to a thick paste.
    2. Then roast this paste with a pinch of salt and turmeric powder. Keep it aside.
    3. Take a frying pan, put oil in it, add garlic cloves.
    4. When the cloves turn brown, add turai and all the masalas.
    5. When cooked, add roasted coconut.
    6. Eat with rotis.
