Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - ground Turkey Meat
  • 1 cup - crumbled Paneer
  • 1/4 cup - finely chopped Cabbage
  • 1 cup - bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp - crushed Ginger
  • 2 - spring onions, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp - soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Turkey Burgers

  • Blend all the ingredients well.
  • Make 6 flat patties of the mixture. Chill for 1 hour.
  • Grill the patties for 6-7 mins on each side.
  • Serve with shredded lettuce leaves and ketchup.
