Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Turkey breast
  • 2 cups - Broccoli florets
  • 1 - capsicum, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tbsp - corn-starch
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • 3 tbsp - sesame oil
  • 2 sprigs - spring onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 - onion, chopped fine
  • 1/4 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - grated Ginger paste
  • 3 tbsp - soy sauce
  • 2 cups - Chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/8 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Turkey Fry:

    1. Cut the turkey into thin strips.
    2. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet and add turkey pieces.
    3. Simmer till pieces are pink and tender.
    4. Remove and keep aside.
    5. In a pan, add 1 cup water and broccoli florets.
    6. Boil and let it cook for 5 mins.
    7. Drain and keep aside.
    8. Add remaining 1 tbsp butter in a skillet.
    9. Heat and add onion, capsicum, ginger and garlic.
    10. Simmer for a minute.
    11. Add turkey strips and 1 cup chicken broth.
    12. Cook for 5 mins.
    13. In a separate pan, mix 1 cup chicken stock, pepper, salt, chilli powder and soy sauce for the sauce.
    14. Dissolve corn-starch in 1 tbsp water.
    15. Add to the sauce.
    16. Cook the sauce till it thickens.
    17. Add broccoli.
    18. Cook for 2 mins.
    19. Pour the sauce over the turkey.
    20. Serve hot with rice.
