Ingredients

  • 2 - Egg whites
  • 1 cup - castor Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - Cream of tartar
  • 6 drops - vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup - chopped Cherries
  • 1/2 cup - Angelica and Orange peel

How to Make Tutti Frutti Meringue

  • Beat egg whites till stiff.
  • Add sugar, 1 tbsp at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Add vanilla essence, cream of tartar and mixed fruits.
  • In a greased tray, sprinkle some flour.
  • Place 1 tsp of the mixture.
  • Bake in a slow oven of 250 C for an hour.
  • Cool and storing in a jar.
