  • 2 - Egg whites
  • 1 cup - castor Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - Cream of tartar
  • 6 drops - vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup - chopped Cherries
  • 1/2 cup - Angelica and Orange peel
  • How to Make Tutti Frutti Meringue:

    1. Beat egg whites till stiff.
    2. Add sugar, 1 tbsp at a time, beating well after each addition.
    3. Add vanilla essence, cream of tartar and mixed fruits.
    4. In a greased tray, sprinkle some flour.
    5. Place 1 tsp of the mixture.
    6. Bake in a slow oven of 250 C for an hour.
    7. Cool and storing in a jar.
