  • 4 - Lemon
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • Sea salt - to taste
  • Black salt (kala namak) - to taste
  • 10-12 - fresh Mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp - powdered Sugar
  • Ice cubes - as required
  • 4 - fresh Mint sprigs
  • Soda - as required

How to Make Twisted Lime Drink

  • Quarter 3 lemons and halve the remaining one.
  • Squeeze the juice from the lemon halves into a stainless steel glass. Put the lemon pieces in it.
  • Add green chilli, sea salt, black salt, mint leaves and crush with a wooden stick.
  • Add powdered sugar, 1/2 cup of water and mix.
  • Add ice cubes and shake to mix well.
  • Put a mint sprig in a serving glass, add ice cubes and strain the mixture through a strainer into the glass.
  • Top it up with soda and mix.
  • Serve immediately.
