Ingredients

  • Bread slices 8
  • For filling:
  • French beans - 150 gm
  • cooked Rajma (kidney beans) - 1/2 cup
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Cut French beans into 1/2 inch pieces and cook till tender. Toss with rest of the ingredients.
  • For spread:
  • Low fat yogurt or curds - 1 cup
  • Cumin - 1 tsp
  • Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar - 1 tsp

How to Make Two Beans Sandwich

  • Line a strainer with a thin cloth. Pour the yogurt or curd in it and let the liquid drain till it is reduced to one and a half cup.
  • Roast cumin and pepper. Powder coarsely and mix with salt, sugar and the thick yogurt.
  • Spread the bread slices with the yogurt spread and sandwich two slices together with beans filling.
  • Make four sandwiches. Cut each sandwich into two parts.
