Ingredients

  • 2 - Karelas (bitter gourd)
  • Haldi powder
  • Salt
  • Mustard oil
  • How to Make Ucche Bhaja:

    1. Cut karelas in small pieces (or chop them).
    2. Heat mustard oil.
    3. Fry the karelas with a pinch of haldi powder and salt to taste.
    4. Cover and cook.
    5. When done remove cover and cook till crispy.
