Ingredients

  • 1-2 Bananas
  • 2-4 Grapes
  • 1 Mango finely chopped
  • Tamarind
  • 2 tsp neem flowers
  • 3 tsp Sugar
  • 4 tsp jagri
  • 1 glass Milk
  • 4-5 elaichi.
  • How to Make Ugadhi chutney:

    1. Mash the bananas and add milk and tamarind juice to it, along with neem flowers, grapes, mango pieces, jaggery and elaichi. Mix it well.
    2. Keep it in the freezer for 30 mins and serve it.
