  • Dry Shrimps - 1 cup
  • Grated fresh Coconut - 1/2 cup
  • Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Shallots/Onion sliced - 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 2-3
  • Salt - To taste
  • Vinegar - 1/4 tsp

How to Make Unakka Chemeen Chammanthi

  • Fry the dry shrimps.
  • Grind all the ingredients without adding water to a coarse paste.
  • Excellent with rice.
