Ingredients

  • 1 cup - urad dal (skinned)
  • 1 cup - jaggery, grated
  • 1/2 cup - ghee

How to Make Urad dal Laddu

  • Fry urad dal.
  • When it becomes light brown in colour, cool it and grind it to a fine powder.
  • Mix it with grated jaggery.
  • Slowly pour hot ghee over this mixture and mix well.
  • Make laddoos of this mixture.
