How to Make Urad Dal Raita

  • Dry roast the urad dal till slightly browned.
  • Powder the roasted urad dal in a mixie.
  • Take oil in a small kadai and season with mustard, jeera, hing, green chillies and ginger.
  • Add the seasoning to the curd.
  • Also add the urad dal powder to the curd.
  • Add salt to taste and mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
