How to Make Valhi Chicken Kebabs

  • Wash the chicken well.
  • Mix together the ginger paste, red chilli powder, salt, vinegar, all spice powder, coriander powder and cumin powder.
  • Marinate the chicken pieces with this mixture for 10 mins.
  • Cook the chicken without adding water in a pan till nearly done.
  • Arrange the chicken pieces on a baking tray and brush with butter.
  • Grill in a moderate oven till brown for 30 mins.
  • Serve hot with chips and onion rings.
