Ingredients

  • 300 g - Flour
  • 250 g - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 - Beaten eggs
  • 250 g - Butter
  • 3 tbsp - Milk
  • 1/4 tsp - Vanilla essence

How to Make Vanilla Butter Cookies

  • Sieve the flour, salt and baking powder together.
  • Cream the butter and sugar together.
  • Add the eggs, essence and milk.
  • Add to the flour and mix together to from a stiff rocky mixture.
  • Drop a little, at intervals on a greased baking tray and bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
