Ingredients

  • 1. 25 cups - All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup - Butter
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking Soda
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 1/4 cup - Buttermilk
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch - Salt

How to Make Vanilla Buttermilk cupcakes

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and keep aside.
  • Beat together the butter and sugar until they turn fluffy.
  • Add the vanilla essence and eggs and beat for a few seconds.
  • Finally add the buttermilk and beat again.
  • Now gently fold the dry ingredients and mix well with a spatula.
  • Pour the butter in a greased cupcake mould and bake for 15-20 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
