Ingredients

  • 1. 25 cups - All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup - Butter
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking Soda
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 1/4 cup - Buttermilk
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch - Salt
  • How to Make Vanilla Buttermilk cupcakes:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and keep aside.
    3. Beat together the butter and sugar until they turn fluffy.
    4. Add the vanilla essence and eggs and beat for a few seconds.
    5. Finally add the buttermilk and beat again.
    6. Now gently fold the dry ingredients and mix well with a spatula.
    7. Pour the butter in a greased cupcake mould and bake for 15-20 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
