Ingredients

  • 2 eggs separated
  • 90g flour
  • 90g Butter
  • 90g Sugar
  • pinch of baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

How to Make

  • Cream butter and sugar. Mix together flour and baking powder. Add beaten yolks of eggs and mix well
  • Beat whites of eggs till they form white peaks Fold in with the flour mixture gently.
  • Add essence.
  • Pour into greased moulds and steam (for how long?).
  • Serve with jam sauce.
