  • 100 ml -milk
  • 3 tsp - Sugar
  • 4 slices - bread
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 2 tsp - Ghee or Butter
  • A few drops of Vanilla essence

How to Make Vanilla French Toast

  • Beat the eggs in a bowl till frothy.
  • Put in sugar, salt, vanilla essence and milk. Beat the mixture till sugar dissolves.
  • Soak slices of bread in the mixture for a minute.
  • Heat a pan over low flame and melt butter in it.
  • Fry the slices of bread on the tawa till both sides are brown.
  • Serve hot with tea or coffee.
