Ingredients

  • 2 - Egg whites
  • 110g - Castor Sugar
  • 1 tsp -Vanilla essence
  • 30 nuts - Roasted, hazelnuts.
  • How to Make Vanilla Hazelnut Meringue:

    1. Preheat the oven to 120 degrees Celsius.
    2. Grease and line it with two baking sheets.
    3. Now beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add the sugar gradually and mix until it dissolves.
    4. Stir in the vanilla essence.
    5. Now place 1 tsp of the meringue mixture on the baking sheet with a 2 cm space between each meringue.
    6. Top each meringue with hazelnuts.
    7. Bake it in the preheated oven for 45 mins.
    8. Leave it in the oven to cool with the door open.
    9. Cool and store in an air tight container.
