Ingredients

  • 3 cups- milk.
  • 3/4 cup- sugar.
  • 5 tbsp- corn flour (corn-starch).
  • Few drops vanilla essence.
  • Few drops yellow and green colour.
  • 1 cup- cream.
  • Crushed pista.

How to Make Vanilla ice cream with pista

  • Boil milk and add corn-starch dissolved in little water. Cook till thick.
  • Add sugar. Remove milk from gas and cool it.
  • Add vanilla essence and colours to milk.
  • Whip the milk and add cream. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Remove and beat the milk. Add crushed pista. Freeze till set.
