Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Milk
  • 1/4 cup - Butter (melted)
  • 3 cups - Plain flour
  • 2 tsp - Baking powder
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tsp - Vanilla extract

How to Make Vanilla Waffles

  • Preheat the waffle maker, in a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar. Meanwhile beat the eggs, milk, vanilla extract and butter in another bowl, gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and turn everything as thick batter. Pour a ladle of batter to the preheated waffle maker until they get cooked.
  • Serve warm with chocolate spread or confectioner's sugar or topped with fresh fruits and ice creams.
