  • 2 cups - fresh berries
  • 2 cup - nonfat frozen vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup - wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp - honey
  • 2 tbsp - unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup - skim milk
  • 2 - eggs, lightly beaten

How to Make Vanilla Yoghurt Crepes

  • In a medium bowl, combine the flour and cocoa.
  • Add milk, eggs, and honey.
  • Stir until combined for about one minute.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add more milk, 1 tbsp at a time.
  • Coat an 8-inch nonstick frying pan with nonstick spray and heat over medium heat until hot.
  • Pour 3 tbsp of batter into the pan and swirl to coat.
  • Cook the crepe until it releases easily from the pan for about one minute.
  • Turn the crepe and cook on the other side for about 30 seconds.
  • Continue until all the batter is gone.
  • Mix the berries and yogurt, and spoon over the crepes.
