Ingredients

  • Varagu Arisi Maavu- 1 cup
  • Rava- 1/2 cup
  • Maida- 1/2 cup
  • Pepper Corns- 4
  • Cumin- 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves- a few
  • Asafoetida- 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed

How to Make Varagu Maavu Dosa

  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, add water and mix well to form a lump free batter.
  • In a tawa, drizzle oil and pour in the batter to make dosas.
  • Flip and cook till crisp and golden.
  • Serve with sambhar or chutney.
