Ingredients

  • 4 - potatoes, boiled and peeled
  • 1/4 cup - peas
  • 10 - French beans, finely chopped
  • 2 - carrots, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup - small Cauliflower florets
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 - Egg white
  • 1.5 cup - bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 4 - Green chillies chopped finely
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1/4 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1/2 cup - chopped Coriander leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for shallow frying
  • How to Make Veg Burgers with golden fried patties:

    1. Boil peas, French beans, carrots and cauliflower. Smash it coarsely.
    2. Smash potatoes.
    3. Mix all the ingredients except for the oil.
    4. Make patties of the mixture.
    5. Heat oil in a shallow pan.
    6. Fry patties on both the sides till golden.
    7. Serve on toasted roll spread with chutney.
