8 bread slices

1/2 cup - cabbage, chopped finely

1 carrot, chopped finely

capsicum, chopped finely

1 onion, chopped finely

For White Sauce-

1 tbsp - Maida

1 tbsp - Butter

1/4 cup - Milk

black pepper

salt to taste


  1. For White Sauce:
  2. Heat the pan, add butter .
  3. Mix the maida and milk in separate cup.
  4. Add this mixture in melted butter.
  5. Add salt and pepper also.
  6. Saute till it turns into semi-solid mixture.
  7. White sauce is ready.
  8. Add all the chopped veg into this sauce.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Now take a bread slice.
  11. Spread this mixture.
  12. Bake at 350 F for 8-10 mins.
  13. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
