Ingredients

  • 1 cup - boiled noodles
  • 1/2 cup - boiled and drained masoor dal
  • 1 bowl - boiled and drained Spinach (methi can be used instead)
  • 1/2 cup - bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice,
  • 1/2 tsp - Sugar
  • salt to taste
  • Wet masala:
  • 1 - small Onion chopped
  • 3 - medium green chilly
  • 2 tsp - Ginger
  • 1 tsp - Garlic
  • Dry masala:
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • Oil for shallow fry.
  • How to Make Veg. Noodle Burger:

    1. Mix all the ingredients well to make a soft dough.
    2. Apply some oil to your palm and prepare round patties.
    3. Shallow-fry in oil.
    4. Place in hamburger buns and serve hot with lettuce, onion, tomato and ketchup.
    5. Also tastes good when served with tamarind /green chutney.
