Mix all the dough ingredients together to form a smooth dough, allow it to rise in a warm place to double its size (approximately 1 to 2 hours).
Meanwhile prepare the stuffing for the bread.
Heat the oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, chopped onions and fry it for a while, then add vegetables, spices and salt.
Cover the pan and cook until the vegetables are done.
To make the parcel bread: Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
Take the raised dough, punch the air out.
Roll the dough into a square shape, place the filling in the middle, pull all the edges in the middle to make it like a parcel, brush it with an egg wash and sprinkle it with poppy seeds and sesame seeds.
Cover it and allow it to rise for another 1/2 an hour.
Bake it in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until the bread becomes golden brown on top.
