  • noodles 250 g
  • Onions 2
  • Carrots 4
  • Beans 10
  • Chilli 2-3
  • Spring onions 4-5
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt (to taste)
  • How to Make Veg Soft Noodles:

    1. Take noodles in a bowl and add water to it.
    2. Boil the noodles until they become soft.
    3. Now strain the noodles until all the water is removed.
    4. Put 1/2 tbsp of oil and mix using a fork.
    5. Chop chillies, onions and the green leaves of the spring onions finely.
    6. Chop carrots into fine pieces and cut beans diagonally.
    7. Then put the cut pieces into a bowl and boil them.
    8. After all the vegetables are chopped, put oil in a pan.
    9. Put the chillies, onions and spring onions into the pan after the oil becomes hot.
    10. After the onions turn transparent, put the boiled vegetables (carrot and beans) and cook.
    11. After the vegetables are cooked, put the noodles and stir well.
    12. Keep on stirring for a while and then empty the contents of the pan into a serving dish.
