  • 5 cup - all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup - silken Tofu
  • 1 cup - Avocado puree
  • 1/2 cup - lukewarm water
  • 1 - tbsp- Sugar
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 2 tbsp - active Dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup - Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - Canola Oil
  • How to Make Vegan Avocado Brioche:

    1. Put yeast in lukewarm water with 1 tbsp sugar, stir and keep aside to ferment
    2. Take a large bowl add all-purpose flour, pureed silken tofu and avocado puree, sugar | Add the foamy yeast and knead for about 15 - 20 mins till it becomes smooth and elastic.
    3. Smear the bowl with oil and transfer the dough to it
    4. Keep the bowl in a warm place for 1 hour
    5. When the dough rises double the volume, punch the dough and divide them into small balls, smearing them with oil with a brush and keep for one hour, undisturbed.
    6. Preheat the oven at 350 degree F
    7. Brush the remaining oil over the dough and bake them for about 30 mins
    8. Cool for a few mins serve.
