  • 1 cup - silken Tofu
  • 1 cup - grated Carrots
  • 2 tbsp - black Raisins
  • Honey as per need
  • 1/2 cup - soya Milk
  • Ice cubes
  • How to Make Vegan Carrot and Raisins Smoothie:

    1. Soak the black raisins in hot water for few minutes
    2. Blend silken tofu, grated carrots, soaked black raisins, honey and soya milk to a smooth paste, add water if needed
    3. Serve immediately with ice cubes.
