  • 1 cup - silken tofu
  • 1 cup - grated carrots
  • 2 tbsp - black raisins
  • Honey as per need
  • 1/2 cup - soya milk
  • Ice cubes

How to Make Vegan Carrot and Raisins Smoothie

  • Soak the black raisins in hot water for few minutes
  • Blend silken tofu, grated carrots, soaked black raisins, honey and soya milk to a smooth paste, add water if needed
  • Serve immediately with ice cubes.
