Ingredients

  • 200 g - dark chocolate
  • 1 cup - flour
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 3/4 tsp - baking powder
  • 1 tsp - baking soda
  • 1 cup - soya Milk
  • 1/2 cup - vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup - walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup - pureed silken soya
  • How to Make Vegan Dark Chocolate Walnut Brownies:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F
    2. Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda together
    3. In an another bowl, combine the soya milk, pureed silken soya, vegetable oil
    4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well
    5. Finally add the walnuts to the batter, pour the batter to a greased pan
    6. Bake the brownies for 20-25 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean
