Ingredients

  • 200 g - dark chocolate
  • 1 cup - flour
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 3/4 tsp - baking powder
  • 1 tsp - baking soda
  • 1 cup - soya Milk
  • 1/2 cup - vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup - walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup - pureed silken soya

How to Make Vegan Dark Chocolate Walnut Brownies

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degree F
  • Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda together
  • In an another bowl, combine the soya milk, pureed silken soya, vegetable oil
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well
  • Finally add the walnuts to the batter, pour the batter to a greased pan
  • Bake the brownies for 20-25 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean
