Ingredients

  • 25 - Mint leaves, chopped finely
  • 1 cup - brown Rice flour
  • 3 tbsp - all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup - rolled oats
  • 1 tsp - Flax seed powder + 3 tsp water
  • 3 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp - black sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - baking soda
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • Salt
  • How to Make Vegan Minty Oats and Rice Crackers:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F
    2. Mix the flax seed powder with water to a paste, add chopped mint leaves, brown rice flour, all-purpose flour, rolled oats, black sesame seeds, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
    3. Add the flax seed paste and olive oil and mix the dry ingredients to a crumble like texture.
    4. Now add water and mix to a soft but stiff dough
    5. Roll the dough with rolling pin, using the cookie cutter, cut the dough into desired shapes.
    6. Arrange shaped dough on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 mins in middle rack
