Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - whole Wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp - Ragi flour
  • 2 tbsp - soya flour
  • 3 tbsp - All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp - oats, ground
  • 1 tbsp - Flax seed meal
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp - baking soda
  • Honey as per need
  • 1/4 cup - chocolate powder
  • 2 cups - soya Milk
  • 1 tsp - vanilla extract
  • Chocolate sauce:
  • 1/2 cup - dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup - water

How to Make Vegan Multigrain Waffles

  • In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, soya flour, ragi flour, all-purpose flour, ground oats, flax seed meal, baking powder, baking soda and chocolate powder. Mix well.
  • In another bowl mix the honey, soya milk, vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and make a thick batter, pour a ladle of this batter to the preheated waffle maker and cook until done
  • Take the chocolate chips and water in a bowl, heat in microwave oven for 2-3 mins, mix well melted chocolate to a thick sauce.
  • While serving the waffle, drizzle the prepared chocolate sauce over the waffle
