Ingredients

  • 1 cup - all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup - rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup - rice krispies
  • 4 tbsp - apple sauce
  • 3 tbsp - canola oil
  • 1/2 cup - powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp - vanilla extract

How to Make Vegan Rice Krispies Oatmeal Cookies

  • Take a large bowl, add the apple sauce, oil, powdered sugar and mix them well
  • Add all-purpose flour, rolled oats, rice krispies, baking soda and vanilla extract and knead. Do not add water
  • Shape into cookies
  • Preheat the oven at 220 degree C
  • Place a parchment paper on the baking tray, arrange uncooked cookies. Leave some space between each cookies and bake them for 20-25 mins
