Ingredients

  • chenna dal - 1 cup
  • Carrot - 1
  • Beans - 1 cup
  • Cabbage - 1 cup
  • Potato, mashed - 2
  • To grind:
  • Garlic - 10 Cloves
  • Ginger -a little
  • Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Pudina leaves - a little
  • Coriander leaves - a little
  • Amchur - a little
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Maida - 2 tsp
  • Oil to fry
  • How to Make Vege Kola:

    1. Soak channa dal for 2 hours .
    2. Cook channa dal and potato in a cooker. Strain the water and mash.
    3. Cut the vegetable into very small pieces.
    4. Add all the ingredients expect oil.
    5. Add 2 tsps ghee. Make into desired shapes and deep-fry in hot oil.
