Ingredients

  • 1 cup - boiled and cubed Mutton
  • 3 - cucumbers, peeled and shredded
  • 1 - medium tomato, cut into thin strips
  • 1 - small head cabbage, shredded
  • a few Lettuce leaves, shredded
  • salt to taste
  • For the sauce:
  • 3 tbsps - each of Vinegar and soya sauce
  • 2 tbsps - salad oil
  • 1 tbsp - ground Sugar
  • 1 tsp - ground Ginger

How to Make Vegetable & Meat Salad

  • Mix together all the sauce ingredients nicely and mix the rest of the above ingredients.
  • Serve at once.
