How to Make Vegetable Bhath

  • Heat oil. Season with mustard, cloves, cinnamon, green chillies and curry leaves.
  • Add onion and fry till soft (not coloured).
  • Add 3 cup of water, turmeric, salt, ginger, carrot, beans and tomato.
  • When the water boils, reduced the flame and simmer for 5 mins.
  • Add rawa. Cover and cook for 8-10 mins.
  • Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
