How to Make Vegetable Burji

  • Cut all the vegetables and onions into medium pieces.
  • Put them in hot boiling water for 30 secs (except onion) and remove.
  • Soak the vegetables in besan paste and deep-fry in hot oil.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Stir-fry onion and chilli, till onion becomes brown.
  • Add all the fried vegetables, the other ingredients and spices to the pan and stir-fry continuously.
  • Serve with thepla or uvla.
