Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - black Channa (soaked overnight)
  • 200 g - whole masoor dal (soaked overnight)
  • 1 - medium sized Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tsp - Ginger and Garlic paste
  • 1 - small piece of Cinnamon ground (powder can also be used)
  • 2 - medium size Green chillies (finely chopped)
  • 10 g - Coriander seeds
  • Green fresh coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1 pinch - Garam Masala
  • Salt
  • 2 slices - bread
  • How to Make Vegetable Channa Cutlets:

    1. Boil the channa and dal together. Strain the water and then coarsely grind it.
    2. To this paste, add all the other ingredients and make a dough of it.
    3. Make small balls and deep-fry them as and when required.
