Make your breakfast/snack interesting with this crisp and golden brown baked toast. It's simple and super delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 nos- Onion 1 cup- green, yellow and red Capsicum
  • 1/2 - Tomato
  • 2-3- button Mushrooms
  • 2-3- baby Corns
  • 1-2 tsp- black Olives
  • 2 -3nos- Green chillies
  • 5-6 nos- Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tsp- black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup- mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup- cheddar cheese
  • 3-4 tsp- Coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Vegetable Cheese Toast:

    1. Cut all the veggies finely and mix everything in a bowl except two cheeses.
    2. Toast 4 slices of bread in a toaster
    3. Put the mixture on the slices and top it with both the cheese.
    4. Grill the breads for 3-4 minutes (you can also grill it in a microwave or on a tawa)
