Ingredients

  • 2-potatoes
  • 1/2 cup- peas
  • 2-carrots
  • 2- Beetroot (optional)
  • 1- Ginger crushed
  • 2-green chillies crushed
  • 1 tsp -cinnamon and Clove powder
  • Sugar
  • 1 tsp- Lemon juice or citric acid
  • bread crumbs
  • salt

How to Make Vegetable Cutlet

  • First boil and peel and mashed the potatoes. Boil the carrots and peas and then add to mashed potatoes. Mashed them together.
  • Add salt, sugar, lemon juice or citric acid, cinnamon, cloves powder, crushed ginger and green chillies according to your taste.
  • Make little balls from this and give them your favourite shape.
  • Now roll into breadcrumbs and shallow-fry on the griddle.
  • You can deep-fry too by dipping these in egg white and then roll into bread crumbs and fry.
