Ingredients

  • 2-potatoes
  • 1/2 cup- peas
  • 2-carrots
  • 2- Beetroot (optional)
  • 1- Ginger crushed
  • 2-green chillies crushed
  • 1 tsp -cinnamon and Clove powder
  • Sugar
  • 1 tsp- Lemon juice or citric acid
  • bread crumbs
  • salt
  • How to Make Vegetable Cutlet:

    1. First boil and peel and mashed the potatoes. Boil the carrots and peas and then add to mashed potatoes. Mashed them together.
    2. Add salt, sugar, lemon juice or citric acid, cinnamon, cloves powder, crushed ginger and green chillies according to your taste.
    3. Make little balls from this and give them your favourite shape.
    4. Now roll into breadcrumbs and shallow-fry on the griddle.
    5. You can deep-fry too by dipping these in egg white and then roll into bread crumbs and fry.
