Ingredients

  • 100 gm French beans (boiled)
  • 4 Potatoes (boiled)
  • 1 tsp fennel
  • 1 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 2 cups - Wheat Flour for making chapatti
  • How to Make Vegetable Frankie:

    1. Heat oil, add fennel and coriander seeds. Then add the beans, potatoes, garam masala, turmeric and chilli powder. Saute and add salt to taste. Keep aside.
    2. Make dough with the wheat flour and some water. Roll out chapattis and fry them.
    3. Add some filling in each chapatti, roll it up and fry once more.
    4. Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce.
