Ingredients

  • 1 cup - finely sliced Onion
  • 1 cup - finely sliced Capsicum
  • 1 cup - finely sliced Cabbage
  • 1 cup - finely sliced Carrot
  • 1 packet - noodles
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Tomato sauce
  • A pinch of Asafoetida
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry
  • How to Make Vegetable Fried Noodles:

    1. Boil and cook the noodles.
    2. To the cooked noodles, add cold water and filter it.
    3. Add 1 tsp of oil to the noodles and mix well so that the noodles do not stick to each other.
    4. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai and saute the onions.
    5. Add capsicum, carrot and cabbage.
    6. Add the ginger paste, chilli powder, tomato sauce, asafoetida and salt.
    7. Add 1 cup of water and cook for 5-10 mins.
    8. Heat 2 cups of oil in a kadai.
    9. Deep-fry the boiled noodles.
    10. Break the deep-fried noodles and add it to the vegetable mixture.
    11. Serve hot.
