  • 2 cups Basmati Rice
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 2 Carrots
  • 4 to 5 beans
  • 1 capsicum, medium
  • 1 Spring Onion, medium
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Green chilli sauce
  • A pinch pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • A pinch of Chinese salt
  • How to Make Vegetable Fried Rice in Chilli-Soya Sauce:

    1. Boil the rice with salt, strain and keep aside. Chop all the vegetables finely.
    2. Heat oil and saute these vegetables. While sauteing, add salt and Aginomoto and saute again for 3 minutes.
    3. Now add the green chilli sauce and saute again for about 2 minutes.
    4. Add the boiled rice and mix well. Sprinkle the pepper powder and mix again. Now add the soya sauce and mix well for 2 minutes.
    5. Serve while it is hot with your favourite curry.
