Ingredients

  • 1 inch - ginger
  • 1 cup - cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup - carrot, diced
  • 1/2 cup - cabbage
  • 1/2 cup - beans
  • 1/4 cup - onion
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1 tbsp - soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - water

How to Make Vegetable Ginger Fry

  • In a large pan, heat oil and saute onions.
  • Add grated ginger and chopped garlic.
  • Add the cauliflower florets, carrot, cabbage and beans.
  • Toss lightly, sprinkling water now and then.
  • Add the soy sauce and salt. Cook till the vegetables are tender.
