Ingredients

  • 1 inch - Ginger
  • 1 cup - Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup - carrot, diced
  • 1/2 cup - Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup - beans
  • 1/4 cup - Onion
  • 2 Cloves - Garlic
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1 tbsp - soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - water
  • How to Make Vegetable Ginger Fry:

    1. In a large pan, heat oil and saute onions.
    2. Add grated ginger and chopped garlic.
    3. Add the cauliflower florets, carrot, cabbage and beans.
    4. Toss lightly, sprinkling water now and then.
    5. Add the soy sauce and salt. Cook till the vegetables are tender.
