Ingredients

  • 1 - bell pepper
  • 2 - Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup - carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - beans, chopped
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1/2 cup - Cauliflower
  • 1/2 tbsp - minced Ginger
  • 1 tbsp - garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tbsp each - chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp - amchur powder
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - green chilli, chopped
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 3 tbsp - Curd

How to Make Vegetable Jalfrezi

  • In a pan, heat oil and saute onion. Add green chilly, ginger and garlic.
  • Saute well, add the vegetables and spice powders one by one on low flame.
  • Add some water to cook the vegetables. The vegetables should not be overcooked, they should retain their shape.
  • Finally, add tomatoes and bell pepper.
  • Saute well.
  • Add 3 tbsp of curd.
  • Simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
