Ingredients

  • 1 - bell pepper
  • 2 - Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup - carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - beans, chopped
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1/2 cup - Cauliflower
  • 1/2 tbsp - minced Ginger
  • 1 tbsp - garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tbsp each - chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp - amchur powder
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - green chilli, chopped
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 3 tbsp - Curd
  • How to Make Vegetable Jalfrezi:

    1. In a pan, heat oil and saute onion. Add green chilly, ginger and garlic.
    2. Saute well, add the vegetables and spice powders one by one on low flame.
    3. Add some water to cook the vegetables. The vegetables should not be overcooked, they should retain their shape.
    4. Finally, add tomatoes and bell pepper.
    5. Saute well.
    6. Add 3 tbsp of curd.
    7. Simmer for 2 minutes.
    8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
