Ingredients

  • For kofta:
  • 250 gm Paneer
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3-4 Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • For curry:
  • 4 large Tomatoes pureed
  • 4 tbsp Ghee
  • 1.5 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp shah Jeera
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tbsp coconut, grated
  • 2 tsp powdered Poppy Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp crushed Garlic and Ginger
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • Fresh Cream
  • How to Make Vegetable Malai Kofta Curry:

    1. Make small koftas after mixing the ingredients and making a dough.
    2. Deep-fry the koftas on medium heat.
    3. Fry ginger, garlic and onion in ghee.
    4. Add puree and remaining ingredients (except curd and cream) and cover and cook till the ghee separates.
    5. Add beaten curd and cool for a minute.
    6. Now, add koftas and cream to it and serve.
