  • 3 - vegetable marrows/chowchow
  • 3 tbsp - Butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Vegetable Marrow Sauteed In Butter

  • Peel and cut the vegetable marrows/chowchow into small pieces.
  • Heat butter in a pan, add the vegetable marrow/chowchow, salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Cover and cook on low heat till the chowchow is cooked and the pieces are not too soft.
  • Care should be taken not to overcook the vegetable.
