Ingredients

  • 1 lb - fresh Mushroom
  • 1 - medium Capsicum
  • 1 - medium Onion
  • 1 - medium Tomato
  • 1 - Green chilli diced
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • 2 tsp - red chill powder
  • 2 tsp - dry coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin-mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Vegetable Mushroom:

    1. Wash mushroom neatly. If mushroom is small keep them like that, otherwise cut into two pieces.
    2. Cut onions, capsicum, tomato in square pieces.
    3. Put oil in a pan.
    4. Add cumin and mustard seeds.
    5. Add green chillies, onions.
    6. Fry onions till golden brown.
    7. Add capsicum, cook until soft.
    8. Add tomato, cook a little bit.
    9. Now add mushroom, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt.
    10. Mix it well.
